2022 End of Year Updates

Friends, it's hard to believe it's nearly the end of the year. 2022 feels like a blink, and I don't expect December to do us any favors.

As I think over the past year, a lot of the work we have done at Taylors TownSquare has focused on us being intentional about what we are doing:

We've identified three core gathering programs aimed at providing opportunities for Neighbors (through Community Gatherings), Nonprofits (through the Nonprofit Council), and Small and Medium Businesses (through the Taylors Business Association) to come together.

We've also continued our work in the supporting programs, working towards delivering helpful information through our Communications, bringing the Chick Springs Park into existence, and continuing to advocate for Taylors with Greenville County Planning and other governmental entities.

Overall, we're proud of what we've accomplished this year through our programs, working to keep our mission in front of us at all times: we work to make Taylors a place everyone can belong. We believe it's only when someone feels like they belong that they can thrive, which is why every day, we work to bring awareness to, advocate for, and take action on initiatives that move the ball forward on that front.

This is essential work, and so I ask for your support.

  • Would you consider introducing Taylors TownSquare to someone else you know in Taylors? We're always working to increase the size of our audience, so even a simple email forward is helpful.

  • Would you make it a point to come to one of our gatherings? If you need help figuring out which one, do all of them! Or email me, and we would be happy to help you connect.

  • Finally, you can give money. While we work to get donations for materials where we can, we do need money to keep these gatherings happening. Click here to see how easy it can be to make a difference in Taylors by giving today

Thanks for following along this year, and we're excited about what 2023 has to offer!
